Beginning Beadmaking
Studio safety and the proper use of a glass torch get you making your first glass
creations. Learn about the different types of glass, color mixing and basic forming
techniques. The student will learn to make the basic shapes; round, square,
donuts, squished shapes, tubes and surface decorations using glass rods, strips
and frit. Color reactions will be demonstrated as well.
Materials: All materials used in class will be provided
Project: Beads (you will make a dozen or so)
